Is there ground transportation from the airport?
For transportation between the airport and Q Center, we would recommend A-1 Limo Service. Q Center has a negotiated rate with A-1 Limo Service. To make a reservation with A-1 Limo Service, call 630-833-3788 with your flight information on hand.
What goes into the cost?
Vital Conference registration fees (starting at $310) go towards a fantastic facility, full use of the Q Center facilities, Vital materials, and three meals of lunch and dinner on Thursday and lunch on Friday. (The food, by the way, is fabulous—97% of last year’s Vital Attendees rated the food as excellent!) Also, for just $120 more, Vital can become an all-inclusive experience with comfortable lodging and breakfast on Thursday night.
More important than the relative costs, however, is that Vital is no ordinary conference—it is a transformative experience. What if I prefer to pay with check?
If you would like to register for the conference but prefer to pay with a check, you may do so by calling our office at 1-800-369-0307.
What if I cannot come for the whole conference? Can I come for part of it?
There is an option to come for only one day (Thursday or Friday) of the conference. Please email us at Vital@QPlace.com or call the office at 1-800-369-0307 to register for one day.
How do I get the Group discount?
If you are planning to come to Vital with a group of 5 or more people, you will need to register through our office to receive the discount. Please call 800-369-0307 for further instructions.
What if I need to cancel my Vital Registration? Can I get a refund?
If you need to cancel your registration for the conference, you may do so by calling the office at 1-800-369-0307. If you cancel before 8/15/2013, all of your registration fee will be refunded excluding a $25 service charge. After 8/15/2013, all cancellations are nonrefundable.
