Equipping Center Phases
What does a Q Place ministry look like inside an Equipping Center?
Q Place is not a packaged program. As partners, Q Place staff and volunteers work with people in churches to help them apply proven principles within their unique communities. The goal is to create a self-sustaining and self-perpetuating ministry, where spiritual growth happens for those inside and outside the church simultaneously.
We see this process taking shape in five phases:
PHASE 1: BUILD a Team
PHASE 2: LEARN the Method
PHASE 3: EMPOWER Christians
PHASE 4: SUPPORT Triads
PHASE 5: SUSTAIN the Ministry
In each of these phases, Q Place offers a variety of support, including both personal coaching and online resources. Trained staff come alongside Equipping Centers, evaluating needs and helping to develop solutions. Equipping Centers cycle through the five phases creating a self-sustaining ministry.
